Jakarta, 26 August 2026 — Coating Show Indonesia (CSI) was proud to be part of the 20th Anniversary celebration of ASCOATINDO, held under the theme “Celebration of Excellence in Corrosion Prevention, Coating Innovation Services Towards Reliability and Sustainability.”
The celebration brought together stakeholders from across Indonesia’s coating ecosystem, including coating manufacturers, applicators, contractors, application equipment providers, industry associations and coating professionals.
The event highlighted the importance of collaboration in strengthening Indonesia’s coating industry. As coating technology continues to evolve, achieving optimal performance requires not only high-quality products, but also the right knowledge, skills, equipment and application techniques.
A key message shared during the celebration by Mr. Kris Adidarma, Chairman of the Indonesian Paint Manufacturers Association (APCI), was the important role of ASCOATINDO in supporting coating applicators and contractors. Through its training and certification programs, ASCOATINDO contributes to strengthening professional competence and helping applicators apply coating systems correctly to achieve their intended performance.
The presence of application equipment companies at the celebration also reflected the interconnected nature of the coating ecosystem. From coating formulation and technology to equipment and professional application, every part of the industry contributes to better coating performance and long-term protection.
The celebration also reinforced the importance of strengthening industry partnerships to drive innovation, performance and sustainable coating solutions for a stronger future.
